Fashion Philosophy

Tomasz’ approach to backstage photography is unique. Because he is not from the Fashion World himself, he captures the atmosphere, the models, and clothes from a yet new perspective. Tomasz gets assigned by Magazines, publishing houses, and Newspapers- sometimes exclusive- to document Fashion Weeks around the World using his distinct style.

Tomasz names his approach to backstage photography ‘Fashion Philosophy’, expressing the stormy suspenseful atmosphere backstage, guided by lights, nerves, and emotions expressed on models’ faces.

Presented below is a selection of images from Tomasz’ most recent Fashion-Philosophy assignment, for which he was photographing backstage at SS16 collections in London, Paris, and Milan for ‘The Cut Magazine’.
