Julia started her career in fashion as a model, signed with the world renown agency NEXT Models. Originally from Russia, sowing the seeds for her passion for travel and fashion, for a few years she lived in Tokyo, then New York, and finally settling in London where she’s been based for the past 8 years.

In 2007 Julia decided to give up modelling and pursue another passion in her life, (make up artistry) from 2007 to 2008 she attended New York School of fashion. In 2009 she enrolled at the Delamar academy in London graduating in 2010.

Julia worked all over the world for various editorial and advertising clients, and with photographers as diverse as, Luc Coiffait, Rui Faria, Daniel Jeams, Julian Marshall and others..

Her many clients include, Lipcote, Volt Magazine, D.Hedral, Leon Max, Elle Russia, Hey Jo, and Wylde Magazine.

Julia is currently the deputy beauty editor of Volt Magazine, a position she’s held since 2013.
